Louisa joined Vital Dental Service in 2011, and trained as a Dental Nurse here.
Having gained her GDC registration in 2014 Louisa fast developed a keen interest in developing her dental skills even further.
Since registering, Louisa went on to undertake a radiography course (x-rays). This means that Louisa can take referrals from Dentists to take any radiographs that are requested from your clinician. Having gained this qualification Louisa further developed her skills in plaque scoring and impression taking. On occasion, the dentist or hygienist may refer you to Louisa in order to score your plaque levels, if this is required for any certain treatments that you may be undertaking.
Louisa has now taken on the role of our Treatment Co-ordinator. If you have been issued with a complex treatment plan from your dentist, or you simply want to speak to her about treatment options available to you, Louisa will be happy to advise.
